Great strap, but consider the weight of your banjo

I have a number of instruments and I just love the Levy's products. When it was time for a banjo strap, I quickly chose this model, and while it is of the high quality and great design that I epxect from Levy's products, I hadn't thought carefully enough about the width. If your banjo has a solid brass tone ring and the weight that comes with it (I believe my GF-85 is about 14 pounds), then this strap may not be supportive enough when standing with the banjo for extended periods of time. I use it mainly to keep the banjo in place while seated, but I can tell that if and when I need to perform with the Banjo, if I'll be standing up, then I'll be ordering a wider strap.

Excellent quality strap

As the previous reviewer pointed out, this is an excellent quality strap. My banjo is not nearly as heavy so the width does not bother me (I mainly have it just to keep from having to hold it up, because I do play seated most of the time), but it is relatively narrow as straps go. If you prefer a wider strap, you may not be as happy with it; but it suits me fine.

Better then expected!

Since this was labeled "light" I was a little worried it wouldn't compare to gym quality equipment. This was a christmas gift for my father last year and just hearing about the delivery and install I was more then impressed. It is just as well built as the machines we use the gym and will last him a lifetime. Some fitness equipment will only last a few years with everyday use, but he and my mother have been using it everyday for almost a year, and they love it! Lots of options for different exercises (maybe get an exercise ball to use as well with some of the movements). Basically he loves it so much, that he jokes that he should make an execrise DVD to go with is...with him as the spokesperson!

Excellent versatile machine!

The cable cross machine came packed very well and has a very good build quality. There was a manufactures defect in one of the arm components that was sent to me, but the vendor shipped me a new one right away. Overall I'm very pleased with The FreeMotion EXT Dual Cable Cross.

heavy duty, will last for a long time.

I am a service plumber/hvac tech and this bag has already outlasted the other bags i have used. I was buying a new bag once a year for about $50.00 a pop (husky, clc). this WILL outlast all of them. At 129.00 it better. The heavy duty pvc base keeps everything dry when the floor is wet or has some standing water. the loops of the sides allow you to hang the bag to the ceiling using climbing clips and a chain. (not provided). the tool pockets are heavy canvas so they will not rip. The shoulder strap had a nice pad on it so the heaviness of the bag wont dig into your shoulder and is attached to the bag with metal rings that is connected to the bag with a piece of leather. its overall a nice solid bag that any trademan should get if they are getting tired of using crappy bags. You will get year of service out of it.The bag itself is heavy when empty and even more so with tools. my bag weight about 50lbs full. This might not be ideal for a homeowner who wont use it much.The bag has a visable tag that says connecticut on it , then I found a smaller tag down in the bag that says made in china. In not sure if this is the whole bag or just some of it. I tend to go out of my way to buy american, however i never found any bag except for a klein**************1 / 15/ 2012... still have this bag and is still great. has been beaten down but no failures at all! worth the money

Best Tool Bag Ever!!

I've been through 4 crappy tool bags in the last 4 years. I only wish I had stumbled upon this tool bag years ago. Its large mouth, compact in size, and a heavenly cushy shoulder strap. Yeah its a bit heavy, but thats not dead weight, thats the feeling of toting your pliers, screwguns, and hammer in a nice ride. I tell you, once you try or at least come look at my new tool bag, you'll throw yours out and never look back. The other reviews are right, this tool bag is a conversation stopper. "Woah, thats some tool bag you got there!"I do wish the foot print were a little shorter in length and a little shorter in width. I really like the hard plastic shell on the bottom. It'd be nice if it had a built in rain fly too. I've struggled to keep the tape measure clipped to the outside. Not totally sert-up for the Electrician but, it has good overall storage. could be a little deeper. Perhaps, 1-2 inches.
