not the real thing

I was not pleased with what I ordered. I should have know that I could not get the real L'eau D'issey by Issey Miyake at this price of 39.99. Its more alcohol than anything. Not the same smell as the ones in Macy's.

A VIVACIOUS, COMPLEX FRAGRANCE

Imagination and innovation are hallmarks of designer Issye Miyake. Born in Hiroshima where he was a student of graphic design (think his "Pleats Please" line), he later moved to Paris where he worked for Guy Laroche and Hubert de Givenchy.

In the late 1960s he moved to New York and the salon of Geoffrey Beene. Just a short jump from there to opening his own studio two years later. The rest is couture history and today his clothing is worn by the very fashionable.

Miyake brought the same exuberance to the creation of his fragrance that he brought to his designs. While it is a floral essence, it is enhanced with a variety of flower scents: lotus, cyclamen, freesia, carnations, white lilies. Base notes are sandalwood, moss and cedar.

It's a delightful fragrance for women of all ages.

NOT the real L'eau D'issey

Came in a completely different type of bottle first of all. The scent smells very similar but I can barely even smell it after it's sprayed and does not last at all. Definitely not the same/real one from the store. I wouldn't waste my money on this.

so glad it's been reissued

I love this perfume. It's been my favorite for years. It is a blend of musk and florals, leaning more toward the musk scent. It's been hard to find for a while but now I am seeing it back in stores. It has a new bottle and a little more expensive than in the past at an average of $95 a bottle. BUT it's back at all the stores that sell Givenchy perfumes and I don't have to pay high prices to second hand dealers. Hopefully Amazon will be stocking it soon.

Ridiculous price

I just purchased Givenchy Indecence 3.4 oz at Macys for $95.00 with free shipping. It's also sold online at Dillards.com for $95.00, it may be sold in their stores also but I haven't had a chance to check yet.It comes in a much simpler bottle but it is direct from Givenchy since they have rereleased 6 of their older fragrances.Get it while you can...

A simple fraud

I have bought this item for the bottle not for the perfume, but the bottle in the box was different from the bottle in the picture. Thesmell of the perfume is disgusting.

No one can guess my age.

I am 48 and for many years, was not very kind to my skin. I tried this serum a couple of years ago and was really pleased by the results. Money was tight so I 'tried' to find something less expensive that gave me similar results - Boots, Olay, Meaningful Beauty, you name it....nothing made me as happy with my skin. I was thrilled to find the Salon size of the serum available on Amazon for only a little bit more than the 'regular' price. I've been using it for about 4 months now and I am constantly complimented on my skin. Resurgence has helped with my rosacea and hormonal acne and leaves my skin soft, glowing and fresh.Looking great at 48 is worth every penny for this stuff!

Love it!

This cream is well worth the money. Having undergone a TAH 18 months ago, my skin was feeling dry and seemed to be aging quickly. I started to think, if I take hormone replacement for my body, then why not my skin? I did some research, found this cream, and ordered. Immediately I could feel the difference in my face & neck. My skin is more youthful, has more elasticity and an overall healthier look! I will definitely continue to use.**April, 2012 - As a follow-up 3 years later; I still LOVE this product and the way it makes my skin look/feel. I turn 48 this year and last week someone asked me when I will be 40. When I told her I'm closer to 50 than 40, she immediately asked me WHAT I use on my skin! :)
