Product Description

Designed to fit most average-size rooms such as a bedroom or office, the Alen MDF3-30 provides superb performance at a great price. This is 30 pint energy star rated dehumidifier delivers 490 watts of dehumidifying power, strong enough for up to 350 square feet. The MDF3-30 has a 5 liter inner water tank and two options for emptying - the removable water tank or continuous drainage through a traditional water pipe. This model offers two fan speeds and a humidistat that allows the user to set humidity levels from 35% - 80%.

I read up on all the makes and models and the Alen seemed like the choice for me for the small room I plan on using it in. My electronics with Desktop Computer are in the room so I wanted a top notch unit here. I also have a Sunpenton 65 pt. unit in a larger part of the house which I like as well, and the two look similar in design. After opening the box, I liked it from the start, smart design features and good looks. Unit very well built and is quite during operation. I can not even here the compressor running, just the fan, no funky noises from this machine. Love it and would purchase another one.

Great Dehumidifer

We have needed a very good unit to use in our RV when it sits without being used. This unit is the best. It turns on and off by self. If power goes off you need to reset the unit again. Unit is heavy and runs with low noise. It does an outstanding job of clearing moisture from RV unit. Although it is a bit heavy I would still recommend it highly. It simply does the job!!

Running in continuous mode it removes 8 pints of water in 18 hours, way short of the 30 pint supposed capacity. Not very quiet. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the same room where this is running.

Looks & feels great

This is an awesome phone...., it obviously looks amazing and the flip is pretty sweet. As for the internals of the phone, very simple and typical mobile phone. I would not recommend this phone if you are going to use the Internet or like putting mp3 ringtones for select contacts. How to get files on this phone is impossible, 5mb of memory roughly and without a warranty on the phone you won't be able to update software on it. Few lame games and funky tunes they call ringtones with your basic phone tools are installed. (calc, alarm, calander,note)...the soft keys (upper most buttons inside phone) are customizable). Left hard keys with phone closed *volume* bottom left hard key is camera...which is ok, nothing amazing( still nice to have) and right hard key is *voice dialing* once setup.. Best software feature I think is the outside analog clock...other than that it's your average phone just revamped for eye candy.(I have tried bluetoothing/motorola tool software to put my own mp3 ringtone and nothing works) if you know how.
