Product Description

Magnaflow Stainless Steel 3 inch Oval Muffler is designed to reduce the amount of noise emitted by the exhaust system and to increase engine efficiency. It is manufactured from stainless steel and comes with an oval body of 18 inches with an overall length of 24 inches. This muffler offers a single inlet and outlet measuring 3 inches that is positioned in the center. Very quiet muffler

I installed this muffler on a '95 F-250 with a 460 big block in conjunction with a QTP electric cutout. The goal was to have a stock sounding, but free flowing exhaust with the option for straight pipe dumps. The muffler does an excellent job. The truck is just as quiet as it was with the stock restrictive muffler and 24" long (very) restrictive catalytic converter however, the straight through design makes for very nice flow characteristics which have not impacted my power at all. Highly recommended for those need a quiet but free-flowing muffler.I've had the muffler on the truck now for almost 9 months. The stainless steel has discolored slightly from heat as well as holding road grime, but it appears that it's a nice high quality stainless that is not going to rust itself.

Does the job as advertised

I am running Win7 on a box with a Radeon 4850. I wanted 3 screens but a second graphics card will not fit in the box so I purchased this item. Because of Win7 I had some install problems but I was able to get a driver download from the Gefen website and everything went fine after that. Do *not* use the CD on Win7, get the download and use that. That may change in the future.As a side note, do not have any other applications up while installing. The install futzes with the displays in a major way and any apps you have up are likely to get confused about what size they should be. It's no problem if you shut them down, install, reboot, and then bring everything back up.I had one lock up over the night after I installed it (which I fixed by unplugging and replugging the box on the USB side) but that may have been a glitch from failure to reboot after the install issues. I rebooted in the morning for other reasons and it's been flawless in the two weeks since then.As noted, you can really tell that the graphics are slower than a real video card so you're not going to enjoy graphics intensive games. But for text or slowly updating graphics it's fine. YouTube videos in non-HQ are fine. I am typing this review on it and I can't tell the difference compared to the 4850. I develop graphical applications. Parking the editor on the Gefen and running the app on my video card works very well. Having three screens up is a joy so it's been well worth the money.P.S. I run the ribbons screen saver and the Gefen can handle that without noticeable degradation.

Perhaps the best way to run a 2nd external monitor with a MacBook Pro

I'm using this neat little adapter with my MacBook Pro to drive a 1280x1024 LCD. It needs a separate (free) driver for OS X (available here: [...]), but it works like a charm. The updates are not as fast as a real display, so it's not good for video. But for programming, word processing, e-mail and web surfing it's great.And I really love having 2 external monitors!

Like a Pininfarina, this Watch is Beautiful, Elegant, Progressive and Functional

To Start, I don't do reviews and when i do, they are few and far apart, rare. It takes a huge emotional inspiration from a product or a brand to drive me to write about it. That's Tip 1 why this Watch is special.Coming from a Guy who loves Watches and Pens (and I collect both), I have a top ten list of my favorite watches of all time (and I own most of them). From the Rolex Daytona to the TAG Heuer Monaco (Special Edition), the Piaget Upstream, The Pasha from Cartier and so on.and then there is the Breil Wonder. Folks, taste is not about expense, this watch, if launched under another brand (Bulgari?) it would be worth 20 times more. The moment i saw the piece, i immediately wanted it. When i wore it, it felt good, not too heavy, but very well built as if made of light alloys. It is silent and people will stare (trust me). No, it is not over designed, but well designed. I have garnered more compliments than the Monaco (which swivels) or the Daytona (which is gold!).Easy to read, Includes the Date (albeit in an interesting movement), easy to wear and unfasten, very secure.If I were Breil, i would pay for a movie endorsement, get a couple of close-ups and price the watch at $2000.I'm actually thinking about buying another from their catalog.
