I've had these barstools for a day or two now, and after assembling them and testing them out I'm definitely glad I got them. They are really high quality, and the seats are very comfortable.Setup was easy enough to figure out, luckily, as the instructions were poorly translated and I believe referred to an older model.My only real complaint is that the cross members don't align perfectly, and need to be rotated a bit to get a snug fit.I'd also recommend the use of a power drill to put the screws in, as you'll want them nice and tight. I wasn't able to get enough torque from just a simple screwdriver.Overall though, these chairs were a great find and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a really sharp looking and comfortable barstool.(Sidenote: the seats are real leather. Don't listen to that other review.)

As I do not consider myself that handy, assembly was fairly time-consuming; about 4 hrs in all. The instructions are not terrific, but as we all know what a chair looks like, correct assembly is fairly intuitive. Not enough glue is included, so go out and buy a small bottle of Elmer's Glue. You'll need it. Aside from a scratch on the front of one of the wooden legs of the chairs, they look terrific. We received many compliments over the holidays.
