Magnaflow Stainless Steel Oval Muffler is designed to reduce the amount of noise emitted by the exhaust system and to increase engine efficiency. Straight muffler swap on my '12 Dodge Ram Big Horn. Sounds great, nice low rumble on idle, but sounds mean when you get on it. Not too loud while cruising in cab, but you'll be noticed when pulling off from the red light. Combined with a K&N drop in filter and throttle response is quicker. These plus a flush hard bed cover and i seem to be averaging a 1-1.5 mpg improvement in gas mileage.

I installed this on my Dodge Ram and I love the sound. The only annoyance with this truck + the magnaflow was when the MDS kicked in on the truck. I thought this was going to be forever, but after the burn-in period, the sound is almost completely gone. This particular magnaflow is a direct fit for the dual exhaust Ram 1500.

Not too much to say here other than I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The Amazon price is less than half the retail.......add local install cost and you're still under retail. While I did like the stock sound....understated as it was.....this maggie is just so much better. At idle it's mellow, almost silent if I had to really look for a "negative". Any acceleration brings on a nice low rumble. Full-throttle really lights things up. I was kicking around getting a Flowmaster too.......hey, they're great mufflers too but I'm just very very happy with the maggie. I also got it from the wundercarparts folks too...great supplier!
