I am undergoing therapy for Trigger Thumb from a biomedical doctor. I am going the 'avoid surgery' route. I am allowed no more cortisone injections, so I use the glove with a splint at night. I sleep with the glove on, and I am healing. I am at the point now that I wear a band-aid around my thumb joint during waking hours. The glove helped. It is too heavy to work with (not a work glove), but excellent when used at night. The tingling of corporal tunnel goes away while wearing the glove, the compression is good.
