On my first toss the balls broke from the string. Within a half hour ALL of the balls were broken. Did anybody think of testing this product at all before they started selling it?Would be a fun game if they put some thought into quality. As the other reviewer suggested, I'll have to go out and find some more durable replacement balls, hopefully from another manufacturer.

We played this game with our relatives and enjoyed this game very much. They have the set made of pvc by the same company and that set is not very sturdy. This set is great. It screws in so the pieces don't come off when playing. The only problem is it has tennis balls instead of the hard plastic balls. The tennis type balls broke with the first use. We had to go purchase a set of balls from the pvc type game since they are higher quality. This would be the perfect set if they had the balls from the pvc set and these stands. Overall a great game and worth the extra money for the steel.

I got this after the plastic (Franklin) one I had broke after the first use.... I noticed that the other reviewers said the balls broke but I ordered it anyway as I already had the plastic balls from the set that broke I could use. However, it seems they are now shipping plastic balls with this set, so for the price I would go for this steel version for the added durability.
