This sled was perfect for my kids age 2 and 5. There are two small holes in the front to insert a string (I used twine) so you can pull the sled along. It's made of a mid-range plastic. Not flimsy, but not thick. I wish this had a better picture...I took a chance on it. But the other sleds were either too expensive, or didn't have great reviews. Personally, I'd buy this sled again. So far this winter it's holding up very well.

My kids got this for Christmas. I was very impressed by the quality and the kids were very impressed with the speed. I'm so glad I got this instead of one of the expensive ones I was looking at!

A great Sled for toddler! Durable- and gerneous size. Comfortable sittign position for toddler. Pulls and glides easliy in snow- we love it!
