Nice fan; quiet, but not as quiet as advertized?

I replaced a 25 year old fan with this model as part of a bathroom remodel job.It's pretty quiet; which is what I was looking for. You turn it on and about 5 seconds later you hear a background whispering whir. Conversation is not a problem and you should be able to hear the phone ring through the bathroom door.For background information; I have a Panasonic through the wall fan rated at 1.2 sones that's also pretty quiet. I'm not an expert on the sone scale, but this one is rated 0.3 sones, which I thought would be inaudible to an old guy like me. Ironically this fan is noisier than the one it replaced, but it's still a nice fan. I also liked that it fits a 4" vent pipe.

Awesome and easy to install

Everything I needed was in the box. Every hanger, bracket, clamp, bolt, washer, nut, everything! Jacked up the car, removed the rear wheels for easier access, removed 2 nuts and 4 rubber hangers, cut the old pipe to get it out. Test fitted all pipes, one needed a slight re-curving of the pipe to fit into the muffler. Bolted up the new brackets, hung the system without tightening anything. Aligned the y-pipe for best ground clearance first and tightened the nuts. Adjusted one muffler and tailpipe and tightened the two clamps. Did the other side and made sure the pipe was the same as the other side. Tightened clamps. Done in about 2 hours. Looks great! Sound could have been a bit louder, but that's just personal preference. A little deeper sound than the original single pipe but you have to realize each pipe is only spewing 3 cylinders instead of the 6 from the single so for each pipe to produce more volume and deeper sound from half an engine is pretty impressive. Very pleased, and was much cheaper than Flowmaster, Magnaflow, or any other kit and I didn't have to buy any extra hangers like with some other systems I read about.

Dynomax Exhuast

This exhaust kit was easy to install and the directions were straight forward. Anyone with a jack can install this in thier garage. (you may have to use a block of wood under the rear bumper so the suspecion sags enough to fit the rear pipe sections above the axle)They sound great in the V6 mustang and increased response has been noticed. I would recommend getting better hardware with this kit. The bolts supplied are not the best. Also invest in the non deforming pipe clamps for easire muffler replacement in the future.All in All, 5 Stars. Great Product for cheap.

Great Switch!

I have two of these now and they have been working great. This kit includes all the cables. When I added the second switch I lost one of the ports since I connected them together. The only problems I have encountered is when I restart some of my older PowerPC Macs the screen will not show. I have to then disconnect it and use a spare monitor to adjust the video resolution down for it to work again with the switch. This is very annoying, but has only happened with the two older Macs. Also, the blue power LED is very bright.

Clean & crisp sound !

I M/D in areas of Poison snakes, wild dogs and bad people cooking drugs in the woods, you have to keep one ear open, it is also help full to hear your hunting buddy when he calls out with a fine or help. This head set is heavy duty for lots of use, I have worn it for 4 to 5 hours at a time and never felt the need to take it off for a break.

Rattler Headphones

Great piece of equipment for metal detecting in the southwest desert. Being able to hear what is going on around you is a lot safer. The smaller size of Mohave rattlers and Speckled rattlers makes their rattle softer and higher pitched than the bigger Diamondback rattlers and I think, a bit harder to hear. Having one ear open is important in warm weather. Quality of the Rattler headphone is great. Features are well thought out. Keep an ear open and be safe.

If only the jars were bigger..

I was expecting these jars to be normal size storage jars. I was wrong. They are small. I honestly dont know what you can put in them. Maybe 2-3 tea bags? And the jars are clear. Which i thought they were going to be a gray tone, but i love them nonetheless and they go great with my Jack cookiejar.

Award winning costume

I ordered two of these for my granddaughters ( ages 6 and 8) to wear during a local festival parade. They were part of a childrens parade and represented a small float honoring their uncle who is sertving in the Air Force and all others who are or have served elsewhere. They carried flags and waved proudly and ended up winning the people choice award for their patriotism. The costumes are very authentic and they are very good quality ( much better than i expected for the low price )

A must have for a high end system

After much consideration and advise from others at online forums, I purchased this unit and I'm very pleased I did. This is a very high quality unit with software that will allow you to designate shut down parameters, log events, send emails or various Instant Messenger messages, etc. CyberPower thought of just about everything you would need with this unit. I hooked mine up to my computer with the supplied USB cable and the software installation was a breeze. You can set it up to do a shutdown after X number of minutes in case it is unattended.Be aware that you will need a 20A Nema R receptacle. In my case I replaced the normal 15A receptacle with the 20A Nema R for a few bucks at Lowes and also upgraded the breaker for that outlet from a 20A to a 30A. That was easy!You can set this up as a rack mount unit (using supplied left/right handles) or in a Tower configuration. I chose the Tower configuration.I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to protect a high end computer. My previous UPS could not automatically shutdown my computer and I've experienced problems with that UPS where I could not reboot without extensive repairs by booting into Windows in a "Repair" mode.With the CyberPower OR2200 I can now sleep well at night knowing that my computer is very well protected and will automatically shutdown correctly in case of a sustained power loss without the need to go into Repair mode and restore some previous "good" condition.

Beautiful Color, Lid Does not Stay

Having used the silver version of this pen, I knew there was a chance the lid would not stay affixed on the end when being used. I had hoped the matte finish would eliminate this issue, but it did not.A very beautiful pen (the color is quite unique), the weight is off for my preference (not evenly-weighted, especially with the lid unattached). Also, I prefer my ink to flow more smoothly from the nib, opposed to scratching the paper. After trying multiple brands of ink, I am left to believe the problem is with the nib, not the ink.Overall, still a nice gift when on sale for those less particular or who have different preferences, but worth a more discriminating review at full price (which at the time of my purchase was around $70).

BEWARE THE TITLE FOR THIS ITEM IS MISLEADING IT DOES NOT INCLUDE HTTP

The SNMP and HTTP options for this UPS are an option card that is NOT included with the item even though the description makes it seem like it is. The card is NOT included, though it IS possible to add those features to this unit, they are not shipped with this unit. I was disappointed to be misled, but the price was good for this item even without the extra features.

Great UPS for the money

This unit has a lot of features and is very simple to unit. We have bout 10 of these units now and everyone is working great. We had a small issue with the rack hardware breaking after two months of being in a road case, and shipped cross-country a few times. The company has replaced the hardware and we are looking into a way of modifying the way the rear of the unit is supported. As the weight of the rear bouncing in a rack, twists and breaks the hardware. That said the units have continued to work without issue.

Excellent rack mount UPS

Using it for a network cabinet. Hefty. Well built. It tilts downward a little as the bottom device, but would expect that given it's weight. Display is informative. The guard over the power button is EXCELLENT. Previous CyberPower UPS units I've gotten didn't have that, allowing for it to be powered off by accident.

Collects dust well. Could use some improvement

I bought this recently and it works well as described. It folds in half with a tent pole type design. But it is a little difficult to fold. The only thing I think really needs improvement is the adapters that it comes with. It mounts to the saw by 2 vertical poles that slide into accessory holes on the back of the saw. Works great if the holes on your saw are the same size. They only supply adapters for some saws. I have a Ridgid saw that it works perfect on but I also have a sliding Dewalt that is way loose. They suggest buying copper pipe and making your own, but is quite a loose connection. FastCap says in the instructions that it will be okay and it probably would but why don't they just supply a few more adapters or at least make them available to buy.

My latest McFarlane acquisition, Tony Corleone "The Godfather" does not fail to impress. Excellent detail, as correct as possible for this kind of product. I have action figures from the ABC tv series "Lost", and also the computer game "Metal Gear Solid" by McFarlane. The McFarlane line of action figures is the best quality and most accurate of any I have seen. Absolute best deal out there and very likely to increase in value with time.

Finally a Godfather figure for us fans. Mc Farlane was again able to capture the likeness of Marlon Brando, however I think it would be better if the godfather was sitting on his desk with a cat during the wedding on the godfather I. The background would be better if its plastic rather than cardboard to last. Overall the details is good.

Great Screen - Great Price!

The screen arrived quickly and was well packaged with the screen material wrapped around a plastic tube and inserted inside another plastic tube (4" heavy plastic drain pipe). The aluminium frame is quick to put together, it comes in 6 pieces, the sides are one piece and the top and bottom are in two pieces. The top and bottom frame pieces are joined together with small shaped pieces that insert into the extruded frame and are screwed in place through each side of the frame, works well and makes a very neat and strong join between the frame pieces. There are 90 degree corner pieces that insert into the end of each frame and make it very easy to fit the screen together, make sure you measure the diagonals to check everything is square before tightening all the screws. Once the frame is together it is very easy to fit the screen material, there are 6 plastic rods that have to be pushed into a pocket around the edge of the screen material (2 on each on the top and bottom of the screen and 1 on each side)then you stretch the material to fit the rods within a channel in the frame. Plastic clips are then used all round the frame to hold the rod in the frame channel. It produces a nice tight screen with no visible sags or creases.This was the first frame I have assembled but I had it ready to mount on the wall within 45 minutes and I was taking it slowly! Mounting it on the wall is easy - the supplied brackets work well and it is easy to lift the assembled screen and hook it onto them.I have the screen mounted in a dedicated media room and am using a Panasonic PT-AE3000U projector, this screen works very well and gives a nice sharp, bright image with good colour reproduction and the felt covered frame is excellent at absorbing any light from the projector that over laps the screen edges. I would highly recommend this screen, far more expensive screens might give you a very slightly better image but you would have to have them side by side to notice!Ignore the 1 star review above - the dimensions given by Amazon are the screen viewing dimensions and do not include the frame, the dimensions to the the edges of the frame are 109.4" x 63.4" check out the manufacturers website for more information (which would be pretty sensible before purchasing any product, finding it didn't fit then giving it 1 star reviews....)

Excellent screen for the price

The frame was extremely well packaged. Double boxed and everything was wrapped in foam so there we no dings or scratches. The screen was rolled in foam with a layer of paper to protect the screen surface then encased in a hard PVC tube. It is extremely unlikely the screen would arrive in less than pristine condition.Except for hanging the screen on the wall, it was easily assembled by one person. The frame was a heavy gauge aluminum and very stiff. The corners were extremely sturdy and frame pieces fit together very tight. The assembly instructions are easily understood.The screen material did not have any noticeable imperfections and was completely wrinkle free when mounted. One complaint, my screen was missing two plastic anchors for mounting the screen to the frame. I will contact the manufacturer tomorrow and ask for a few spares.The frame was easily mounted to the wall and the brackets allow for easy left to right (horizontal) adjustment. The screen seems to be firmly attached to the wall.This is my first projector screen. Previously I projected directly on a painted wall. (A painted wall works better than you might expect.) The new screen was worth the money that I spent. I checked several stores and the Elite screen costs significantly less than their competitors. The Elite screen is vastly superior to the painted wall; I wish I would have purchased this screen sooner. The ambient light in the room can be much brighter than was previously possible.Finally, the movies look much better. Now that I have a screen, I like my projector more. The colors are rich and vibrant and dark scenes are more distinct than they ever were.

Excellent Quality. So much for so little. Buy it!

Having invested your hard-earned cash in a home cinema projector, you might be thinking twice about whether or not you need a projector screen. Well, don't think about it anymore. You simply cannot realize your projector's full potential without a projector screen. Some people "make do" (using a wall instead). While the result is somewhat passable on a wall (depending on the quality of your projector) the difference between a wall and a projector screen is night and day.When Best Buy wanted to sell me a "cine grey" screen for $2,500, I wondered if the Elite screen would be sub-standard in some way. I can tell you that it isn't. There's a difference between a wall and a white screen and the difference is worth paying for. The same is true with the difference between a white screen and a high quality cine-grey screen. Once you reach this level of quality, the law of diminishing returns applies. That is, you do not continue to get dollar-for-dollar value the more you spend.This Elite screen is simply awesome. It is incredibly well made and solid. All interconnecting parts are made of anodized aluminum or steel - no plastic in sight. The surround is almost 3" thick and has a beautiful black velour covering that is 100% light absorbing. The 1.0 gain cine-grey screen is also very high quality and is tensioned across the frame for complete uniformity. The screen took about 30 minutes to assemble and about another 20 minutes to hang it on the wall. All parts needed are included.I painted my home theater in a high quality "grey brick" color which is also light absorbing (Valspar premium egg-shell). The Elite screen looks awesome on the wall and the image quality is nothing short of amazing. Colors are vibrant, sharp and crystal clear. What's amazing to me is the price. Frankly, knowing no better, I would've paid a lot more for this screen (I paid $468 from Amazon at the time of sale). At the original price of $800, this screen is still worth every cent. As a sub $500 screen it's almost embarrassing to pay so little to get so much.
