I just bought this projector for watching movie and playing games.I wanted a HD projector under 1000$here's my review:Pros:-Colors are great and accurate. Skin tones looks natural.-Contrast is very good.-I'm seeing details in the dark areas.-Almost silent projector. (fan is very quiet even in Bright mode).-The image is really bright (1600 lumens)-Image looks uniform (a bit of noise in the black levels but you can barely see it).-All the inputs that you need (1 HDMI, 1 Component, 1VGA, 1Svideo, 1,Composite).Cons:-The back light in the remote control is way to bright. It burn my eyes every time I'm using it. (not really helpful when you are trying to adjust the colors and contrast.-No saturation control when using HDMI input.-Zoom is really small ( you really need to know exactly how far from the screen to put it because you don't have that much room).Other thoughts:I would recommend using a gray matte surface screen if you're watching movies. I'm currently having a gray matte screen (elite silver max 16:9). However if you want to play games get matte white surface screen, its brighter.Also I heard some peoples complaining about rainbow effect, but I haven't seen any.Conclusion: If you are looking for a good 720P projector for watching movie and playing games its definitely a good projector to consider. The picture is great.For under 1000$ you can't really go wrong.I'm giving 5 stars because it does what I wanted with a good quality.Sim

Unreliable, terrible repair, customer service

The picture is excellent... WHEN IT'S WORKING. I have had the projector for 2 months. It has be out of service for half that time. Customer service (which doesn't even give the option to talk to someone on a phone, everything is e-mail) ignores requests. Fair to say that the actual repair time was quicker than e-mail communication leading up to the repair.. They make you pay for shipping... which if you want to insure is costly. Repair worked for about 2 hours then the same error message "fan locked, shutting down" appeared again. I demanded they replace the projector and have heard nothing back as of yet.I would've returned the product had it not barely exceeded the Amazon return period before breaking.Project is unreliable and a total headache.

Everything I expected and so easy

I am not an expert but I was set on buying the HD70 based on all the rave reviews and then read that Optoma had superseded it with the HD65 (1600 lumens) and the HD71 (2400 lumens) and the HD70 was nolonger in production. I went for the HD65 as I was after a great home theatre projector at an affordable price (and the HD71 wasn't as easily availble yet). I have not been disappointed and can't tell the difference with the high priced Sony and Infocus units I use for work. All the features of the HD70 (including the near silent fan) and almost twice the lumens for a couple of hundred bucks extra and the unit is surprisingly small and light. Setting it up was a doddle and soon realised that any image quality problems were associated with the DVD quality rather than the projector capabilty. With this neat unit I am now tempted to move to HDMI cabling (if I can find a half decent HDMI multizone DVD player) and a proper screen. Currently I run the video leads through the projector and the sound leads through my surround sound system. Getting the extra lumens helps for day use at kids parties, but the HD71 maybe even more worthwhile if you can afford it. Why wouldn't you get the latest model with the speed this technology sector is changing?

Fabulous And Happy Strolling!

My teenager son bought these shoes (yes, he bought them with his own savings), because he outgrew his previous ones. He has never been very attracted to roller skating, but what I don't understand is how he loves these Heelys so much! Everytime we go to a Mall, or basically anywhere, he chooses between his Heelys and his Crocs (I already lost all hope of seeing him with the nice boat shoes I bought for him as a present, of the nice sneakers a relative brought him from a vacation trip...).If it is a very short walk, or involving pool or beach, it will be the Crocs. If it is strolling through Malls (I have to admit the convenience of this, now that he will never complain about coming along with me for shopping!), or going to the movies, or supermarket, or anything involving a long hall in which to roll with the wind (to the happy and profuse praising of the other children around!), he will choose the Heelys.Besides his beloved Heelys or Crocs, he only uses the school shoes because he has no other option, and his slippers, for going to bed...Now, about the Heelys themselves: they are nice looking, sturdy and modern. They resist very tough wear, and will remain just the same! My daughter inherited my son's outgrown Heelys, and we made very, extremely happy a friend's little daughter, with the Heelys my daughter outgrew. My son's older Heelys are dark in color, so we kept the pink laces of my daughter's old Heelys, to give a little feminine touch to her "new" Heelys. Do I have to say that my daughter loves her Heelys, too, and will choose going out with them under similar conditions as my son?Their first Heelys (the ones they outgrew) were a present from one of their aunts. Now you can imagine how popular this aunt is among my children!

I couldn't be more pleased with this bar.

I really like this bar. Occasionally I buy something and just know that I got a phenomenal value, and this is one of those times. It absolutely looks great in my house. It is very good quality. The wood is nice and thick and heavy. The decorative elements are not made of wood, but some type of cast material, however they match the wood perfectly, and you can't even tell unless you look really really close. The only assembly was to screw on the feet, foot rail, and the top. A bit of warning, the top is made of granite and is very heavy (I'd say 150+ lbs.), so it's probably a 2 man job.One more note, I bought the item through Amazon, but it was actually sold by AtHomeMart, and they did a great job in shipping it. The top comes in one box and the base in another, and inside the box are big pieces of Styrofoam to keep it protected. AtHomeMart (or their shipper) then added stiff boards around the edges of these boxes, wrapped everything in bubble wrap, and then boxed them again. It took me a good half hour just to unpack it. The shipper then called me the day before it was to arrive so I could make sure I was home when it got there. (It is curb side delivery, but I gave the guy a couple saw bucks to take it in my house -- worth it.)

Looks as good as it works!

I've been using left over internal hard drives that I have laying around in enclosures you can buy online for my external storage... I ended up with a collection of four, full external drives. sizes from 20gb to 160gb, and not enough usb ports to run all of them.I wanted something that would get rid of the clutter on my desk and also look good. This drive worked good to consolidate all my information on one drive.This drive works really good, and the software that comes with it is really easy to use.There is only one con that I have with this drive, and that is that it gets dusty really easy. (They do send you a cloth with it to polish the top of it.)

Okay, you want to impress someone? Get them this. Half a terabyte of storage and multiple inputs. I bought two as gifts and both are still cranking along a year later. A decadent gold plated hard drive. Sure, you can buy a boring plastic covered backup drive with more memory, but it won't look as cool. Love this product. Easy, convenient, ergonomic (for reaching around the tub). Don't know why Clorox pulled it from stores. V. happy I found it on Amazon.Only hiccup.....occasionally one of the pads doesn't want to stick to the holder (it velcro). However, I'm more than willing to put up w/ the hiccup in return for the overall design and cleaning quality of the product.

I love this product for my son. He can't have liquids that are watery because he chokes. The thick it helps thicken his apple juice, grape, fruit juices as well as foods. It's cheaper to buy by the bulk than individually.

Great Figures that reflect a great Saga in DBZ

Let me just give you a brief analysis for those who want a quick opinion on these figures by saying first off these are great Action Figures. Just from a short look at them, they are just so cool looking. Excellent for display (in package or out of it), and pretty cool if you are planning on using them for play. The paint and molding is superb on even the smallest of details. They both move as the shoulders, elbows, and wrists as well as their legs, knees, and feet. Their heads and torsos can twist but as with all figures you should be careful not to force their movement too much nor should you attempt to rotate a head/torso 360 degrees in fear of the possibility of it detaching from the figure. They are expensive for action figures so I would not condone intense or reckless play to anyone wanting to preserve their quality and parts. From my own personal opinion, they get a solid 10/10 overall. I will go into detail for the ones that have the time to read a few paragraphs after my summary on the 2 Characters' history and relevance.It is a lot, I apologize in advance for any spelling, grammar, or silly errors in my quick typing.Allow me get into the history of the characters presented as figures to start things off. If you have watched Dragon Ball Z's Trunks Saga (also known as mini-season), you would have either loved it or liked it a lot. The factors that fans could appreciate was the fact that Earth was in peril once more. This time by an evil galactic Tyrant who went by the title King Cold. Cold accompanied his son Frieza to pay a visit to Earth with destructive and diabolical intent. The second most notable mention is the introduction of a new unique character; Trunks. There is a very well told story behind his arrival on the scene, I will not spoil it. Lastly you would be thrilled to see how the Villains (King Cold and Frieza) and the new mysterious stranger Trunks interact. Let us just say the battle that takes place is bada** to say the least. The only negative part about the Saga was how short it was (but its size was very appropriate for its creative streak and the mini epic clash). But any DBZ fan should be able to tell you the massive excitement this Saga brought to the table.Now onto the figure packaging. These figures reflects the finest details of the saga. They are very unique, and extremely rare. Trunks in his capsule corporation attire is not too easy to come by. And one cannot find an Action Figure of King Cold virtually anywhere aside from getting him from this pack directly or indirectly. The packaging is well done, fantastic. Although funny enough there is tape inside the box securing accessories that come with the figures. I had a struggle allowing myself to open the package because of how cool the box is, but I opened it from the bottom to keep the design in tact. The back of the pack shows the other two 2-pack sets that are in the same toy line, which are Early Saiyan Armored Vegeta And Nappa (The vegeta in that 2-pack is unbelievably awesome), and there is also Goku and Burter.Now onto the Trunks figure. What I thought was very unique was Trunk's sculpting. This Trunks figure is a lot bigger than other Trunks figures, it is about the same height as the tall Super Trunks figure you get along with Super Vegeta in a 2-pack from a different toy line. I thought this Trunks was very well done how they captured the moment when Trunks powered up to his super power state (Super Saiyan). And when I say that they captured the moment, I am quite literal. Trunks' face is angry, his mouth is open, and his hair is in a risen state. He is powering up, about to push his power past the threshold between his normal state and Super Saiyan. This trunks figure is in his regular saiyan form with purple hair, just in a spiky-like fashion. He is wearing the Capsule Corporation jacket that he came onto the scene with. One thing that is worth noting is that this 2-pack does not come with any sword. Trunks appears to have his left hand open, leading one to believe a sword, HIS sword, was to enter it if one wanted him to hold it. But there is no mistake or technical error if you are missing the sword, it indeed does not come with one. I heard from other buyers that they tried to make him hold swords from other Trunks packs but they do not fit under normal circumstances. Under Trunks' jacket you see his strap that he puts on to carry the sword case on his back, but a sword case is not present at all on his back. His right hand is a clenched fist ready to do some serious damage as he engages in combat. I covered articulation of this figure and the other in the first paragraph. All in all, this figure gets a 9/10. It would get a 10, but it does not have the sword that King Cold would take from him and try to use against him. But other than that this figure gets my seal of approval.Now onto the exclusive King Cold figure. Lets see, what to peg him; VILLAINOUS, GREAT, SINISTER, MASTERFUL, and BEAUTIFUL even in his evil streak of malice. Unfortunately King Cold is not on the scene too long, he had the potential of gripping Earth with his son by his side in an epic bout that would shake the universe. Or not, thats fine too. This figure is absolutely magnificent, stupendous! (He is very much like his son Frieza in Frieza's 2nd transformation on the TV show but with more on). His armor is very well done, as well as his head that we must assume their race are born with. His expression is appropriately confident with an evil grin. His eyes redder than the snap-on tail he comes with. This excellent accessory that is his tail can bend any-which-way while attached to him, if you so choose to attach it to him at all! His black cape is of very fine material, which can wave in the wind. The accessories I mentioned before that were taped in place are an extra set of hands that can switch with the current ones inserted in his wrists that he comes with. They are both open-palmed hands, as if he were to try to hold off a huge energy place from an opponent. I covered the articulation of this figure and the other one in the first paragraph of this review. I will give this figure a 11/10. The extra point is for the awesome tail, and its ability to come off in case you want the cape to go straight down with no interference by it.If you are in love with the Dragon Ball franchise as much as I am, this is a must have. 10/10 for this package. Final verdict.This is one of the last figure sets I need to complete my DBZ figure collection, I might go a video showing all the many figures I have. My youtube channel is PipedPiper81. Simply superb!

After experimenting with countless coffee making products, Eva Solo is hands down the best at making a hot, flavorful cup o' Java.I had seen the Eva Solo in a store before and been intrigued but skeptical. However, a couple of months ago I had dinner at Michael Mina's, one of the top restaurants in San Francisco. When I ordered an after dinner cup of coffee, they brought out an Eva Solo decanter of brewed coffee. It was one of the best cups I had ever tasted. The good news is that the Eva Solo is easy and quick to use - just put in ground coffee, zip up the neoprene jacket, add hot water from the tea kettle, stir for 10 seconds and let it brew for 4 to 10 minutes. I am now able to make coffee at home every morning that is just as flavorful as the coffee I had at a top SF restaurant. Right now I am using Starbuck's French Roast which I had always considered sort of bland, and am getting rich flavors I had never tasted before when brewing at home.Another plus, is that virtually all of the surfaces that touch the coffee are glass or stainless steel, so no concerns about brewing hot liquid through the plastic filter holders that you typically get in coffee makers and some Melitta systems. The Eva Solo is simple, elegant and effective and I consider it one of my best purchases ever.

Gorgeous design. I fell in love when I saw this at a friend's house. Mine has a knit cozie, but the neoprene one would be much better. Lovely.

Not as expected

I was disappoint with this light and ended up returning it. The finish is darker then shown in the images and does not have the look of real stainless steel.
