Very Nice for Dobro

It may say acoustic, but this is a dobro strap first and foremost. Great quality and finish to the leather. The pad is comfortable, and it has a little loop attached to the right side for keeping your pick-up cord out of the way, if you choose to electrify - nice touch. My Levy bass guitar strap is 15 years old and it still looks great, stitching tight, no cracking on the leather. You pay more for a Levy, but, in the long run, I think it's a bargain.

Nice Strap

This strap is soft and supple, very comfortable and sturdy. For me, however, it's a tad too long, I'm a small woman, and need a short strap. My jumbo guitar, however, is heavy maple, and a shoestring button on a regular strap would never hold it! The 4 rating is only because of the lenght. I got it to work now, but as it ages and stretches out, it will be too long, and I'll have to look elsewhere for a strap for my jumbo.

Nice

Very nicely made. This is my first attempt at playing a resonator lap style or face up so takes some getting used to. My fender reso is brass and heavy, this strap is up to the challenge.

this is so cute

The pictures of this item do not do the product justice. We bought this for my daughter when she was 17 months old. Her first big girl bed. She fell in love with this set, and I had no trouble with the switch over from crib to toddler bed. I have seen no wear and tear on this set. I switch it out with another JoJo set (The Fairy Tale Fairies) and wash both frequently. Durability over 7 months has been wonderful, especially since this is for an active toddler. I would recommend the Jojo line.

Seems like a well made banjo strap but I'm a new picker and there are no directions on how to best attach to the banjo. Seems like a big oversight, Levy's shouldn't assume everyone has done this before and pay attention to customer service.

Color is a sloppy sprayed-on mess

The Natural color is anything but natural and does not look like the picture. There is a reddish spray over that natural color that was unevenly done and shows a terrible white line when you move the shoulder pad. The strap is pretty stiff and sounds like plastic when you move it. Also, the hanger says "made in china" though the tag on the strap says "made in canada"...so which is is?

excellent basic lift for jeep wrangler

This is an excellent budget lift for Jeep Wrangler JK. Install was not very difficult (about 1.5 hours)and the product gives the jeep a noticeable lift. included in the kit were new bump stops and 4 spacers for the springs. I am very satisfied with this product.

Totally Worth It

This kit went onto our Jeep JK in about 3 hours using jack stands in our garage. No specialty tools were required and only 2 holes needed to be drilled for the front bump stops. I would recommend two people for this job though as you will need some muscle to get the springs on and off. All in all, it is totally worth doing this yourself. I priced this out to be one at a shop and they wanted $400 for the kit and install.

The product was shipped with the wrong sized nylon locking nuts for the larger bolts! The threads were completly different! I had to stop in the middle of the install and go to a store to buy the right parts. The product works fine and looks good, but beware to check fitment of the bolts to the nuts BEFORE you have your rig in the air!!This install was not my first time, so I expected better from the manufacturer!

Cute as can be

Looks just as in the photo (note that the bedskirt is not included). My 3 yr old. son loves his new bedding (I got the ladybug for my daughter as well). It's true it's not that thick, but it is definitely warm enough for us here in So. California. I had to wash the whole set before use because it came with a chemical smell on it (perhaps from the plastic packaging).My only complaint is that I wish the sheets and the quilt were wider so that I could tuck them in better under the mattress on the sides. They often come untucked in the middle of the night when my son moves around. But I looked around a lot and it's hard to find such cute sets, and Pottery Barn is so much more expensive it's kind of ridiculous for something they will grow out of soon. I think I would get them again, I may just need to look for different sheets that are wider.

Soft and good enough for now

For this price, I think I was expecting something of a higher quality. Still, for all these pieces it's a fine purchase. It was softer after washing it and using Downy. The top sheet is not as wide as it should be. It doesn't tuck under on the sides, but it is long enough to tuck well under the end of the bed. I may just get out my sewing machine and make the bottom of the top sheet "fitted" to the end so it won't fall off.The sheets are just a plain light blue. They match the color of the quilt, but I thought they had a design. It clearly show the pillow case is plain in the photos, I just didn't look close enough.We'll enjoy these for the next little while until our guy graduates to a twin bed.

Perfect strap for bass

This strap is exactly what I've been looking for. It has the perfect amount of slip / grip action across my back....not too little grip and not too much. I suppose it depends a good bit on what material your shirt is made of. Whatever....it's perfect. The width is also right on the money. Levy sells a 4 1/2" wide strap, but I think that may be just a bit much considering the reviews on it. At 3 1/2" wide, it distributes the weight of your instrument (I think it would be great for guitar too) perfectly causing you less fatigue after long hours of playing. I also love all of the color combinations and variety....good thinking, Levy.My dunlop strap locks were a little challenging to put on, but they ain't coming off now! Make sure you get your strap adjusted correctly before putting that bottom strap pin in...you'll have to take the strap lock apart to adjust the length. I just used a small screw driver to push the leather down around the strap pin, then put the washer on and used pliers to squeeze the circular clip on. Hope that helps someone!

Exquisitely crafted

I was delighted by the overall quality of this guitar strap. It's a great example of "you get what you pay for". To start off, this strap has an excellent feel to the touch. Very fine grained, soft leather with only a light leathery scent and a very tough and solid feel. Despite feeling extremely durable, it still feels a little supple which is nice. I love the belt leather texture on the top. It adds to the durability and also makes it look very stylish. The padding is also a nice plus. It'll take 5 or 10 minutes to get it on your instrument the first time, but eventually you'll wear the holes down enough that taking it on and off will be much easier. My big, heavy Spector five string bass feels extremely secure unlike my last couple straps. Due to the excessive weight of my Spector, it doesn't feel "weightless", but it sure takes a TON of pressure off my shoulder. I can stand for a solid hour playing before I start to ache a little bit. One of the best parts of this strap is how nice and boutique the packaging is, along with a nice customer letter. Just to top it off, it's also not made in China, but it's made in Canada. If you play a rather light guitar, I'd recommend getting a Levy's strap that isn't as wide to save you money and to look a little slicker. For bass, there is no other option. I know it seems pricey, but when you feel it and use it in the flesh you'll realize this strap is a bargain.

Can't Go Wrong with Levy's Leathers!

I own 4 other Levy's straps. I knew what I was getting into when I pressed the Add To Cart Button. Always top quality leather, very, very good padding on the MSS90 models. Excellent coloration, thick leather in needed areas, very secure stitching - Simply a Great Product. I plan on ordering another one just as soon as I'm done writing this! #3 for this MSS90 style. If there is one complaint - The thick leather makes it a little tough to use Schaller styled Strap Locks. You have to ditch the thick washer, until the leather gets old and settled. Straps remain secure even without the washer.

Best Gerber multitool yet

I love multitools and knives. I have many Gerbers as well as Leathermans and others. I find the gerber multitools a bit lacking overall but this particular model is very nice. The fit and finish are very good compared to the 400/600 series and the diesel as well as the suspension,flik and freehand. The tools are accessible without opening the pliers. The knife blade is a combo edge and is kind of small but is very sharp and is easy to keep that way. The bead blast finish does make it slightly more suceptible to rust but if you keep it clean after cutting, it should not be an issue. The spring loaded pliers are very nice and heavily built. They don't open as wide as Leatherman,Sog and Victorinox multitools though. This may or may not be an issue for you. The replaceable carbide wire cutters are a nice touch which are just now being copied in Leatherman's new supertool 300 (LM uses 154cm stainless for their cutters instead of carbide) The remgrit saw is very nice. A few years back my friend had a flat tire and his spare was padlocked under his truck. He forgot his key and we were far from home. A gerber 600 with the remgrit saw was the only thing we had that would cut it. It took awhile but it got the job done and we were back on the road. The fiskars scissors are very sharp and cut very well even though they are short. The screwdrivers are well made but are too short IMO. There is room for longer ones but all Gerber multi's have very short drivers. This model is made in USA. At least mine is. Most of the newer gerber MT's are from China.

Rusts

The tool has worked well for 3 months now but it is beginning to rust already, I don't abuse my tools but I was expecting it to sit in the car's glove box as a back up when needed and not rust, it's only surface rust but even after light oil it still is showing some surface rust, not good compared to other multi tools and other gerbers I own.

Very good tool

I received this tool as a replacement for the Gerber 700. My 700 broke and Gerber honored the warranty by using this 800 model as a replacement. The 800 is a bit larger than the 700, but otherwise they are very similar. This tool includes scissors (larger than in the 700)large, medium and small flat head screwdrivers and a Phillips head screwdriver. It also has a "RemGrit GJ-4 saw blade for some purpose I have not yet figured out. This is a replaceable blade. My complaint with this tool is the blade is both a serrated and straight blade. I prefer the blade be straight as that can be sharpened easier/better. The serrated blade can only be sharpened on the flat side, unless one takes special steps with the serrated blade. The pliers snap into place, are the standard style (not that flip it out style) which I prefer. The locking mechanism works well. All in all a very good tool.

Blueridge BR-60

Mine is the BR-60 instead of the BR-60 CE listed but the tone on the BR-60 is amazing and the rosewood beautiful. With bracing like a pre-war Martin it is a responsive and well voiced guitar. The side and back are laminate rosewood instead of solid wood, but if it were solid Brazilian rosewood the price would be ten times higher. You have to pay dearly for that slightly better tone and greater volume. A laminate is a better choice for putting in a pick up system anyway. Sold woods tend toward more feedback due to the increased resonance. CE usually means that it has the cutaway and pick up system already installed. Mine did not. I installed an LR Baggs pickup system in mine and its sounds very nice. It has less bass than an HD-28 solid Indian rosewood Martin and more balanced. Too much bass in a sold rosewood dreadnaught makes the sound guys go nuts when recording anyway, even though great sounding live. So this guitar is a great buy and worth every penny. Play it live and/or record with it and it will fit right in. Its especially good for Bluegrass and Folk sounds or singer-songwriter sets.Blueridge BR-60CE 6-string Acoustic/Electric Guitar with Case
