after having many different sump pumps****** this unit is working just fine. I put this pump just before SANDY visted eastern Pa.@ 8 gallons water every 22 seconnd for five days on generator and still purring! "I love it" will some day replace with the same.

I bought this one to replace the exact same model that we had installed below our pool to carry away drainage from a hillside. The original ran every day for several years. Very impressive. Lcoal supply stores were far more expensive than Amazon.
