I love exploring fragrances and have researched this one and found it interesting in reviews I read . This one is a classic - floral, spicy , warm and powerful ! I love the fact that it stay with me ALL day and that it is a fragrance that attracts attention , but is not one everyone else is wearing around me. It makes a statement of its own- rather exotic and somewhat intense . I am glad I found it , and will wear a long time . The bottle is a head turner also - very pretty .

A wonderful fragrance that's not over-powering

I've worn Caleche for 30 years, since a sales person in a parfumerie near the Paris opera introduced it to me in college. It works year-round & it's not heavy so you don't annoy everyone within 50 feet. Instead, it lingers just enough. The parfum formula is great, but this soie de parfum is perfect for work, and it's cheaper. This is a great price from Amazon and I'm glad to see them offer it...I've had to wait till international travel to get the best buys in the duty-free stores, and it's much easier to use the web.

Caleche is an absolute classic. I'm often stopped and asked what I'm wearing. Pretty much everything at the department stores smells the same (LIKE CHEMICALS). Caleche is the real thing and the Soie de Parfum lasts. Make sure when purchasing that you don't accidentally buy Caleche Eau Delicate...it's a completely different frangrance, guaranteed to make you gag. Why do marketers keep coming up with subtle twists to existing fragrances (Miracle, Happy, Pleasures, Poison)? Once you try Caleche, you'll no longer look for anything else; I highly recommend the lotion and shower gel, too!

Still excellent after 4 years of hard labor

It is more valuable to review items like this after they have been knocked around a bit, rather than when they are fresh out of the box. I wear these on foreign travels when I do a ton of urban walking at great pace as well as some mildly aggressive adventure treks (Macchu Pichu, Angkor Wat, Nicaragua). In all that time, I have never had a single blister or any foot ailment for that matter. These are rugged and dependable, look good and are not too heavy.The outer soles are still in perfect shape, as is the shoe in general. I removed the original insole and replaced with a better odor/moisture absorbent brand (Spenco). I also wear good socks (Ultimax, etc). You can't really polish them yourself because of the color tone, best to get your local shoe fixer guy to give them a polish. In recent times, I just go over them with mink oil or similar waterproofing agent. They need new shoelaces. That's about it.I will try and enclose a photo.

I have been using Avatar for the past 5 years now it is pretty much the only cologne I care to wear, every woman I have dated and every girlfriend I've had has always complimented me on it, one time I was hiding outside an old girlfriend's work and it was kinda windy and when she came outside she said she smelled my cologne right away and it made her happy but she didn't see me because I was hiding!

For men who enjoy a shower or bath gel and the scent of Kouros this is an excellent pairing with the cologne.

Kouros, the classic figure of a Greek youth, in all probability an athlete, is an apt name for this scent from Saint Laurent. It's vigorous, dynamic and free-spirited.

A combination of a woodsy fragrance and spicy notes make it popular - a man's cologne with scent-appeal.

The container is trim, rather stately, reminiscent of a Greek column.

I purchased this aftershave for use on "special nights" and so far I've only received compliments about the scent. Its not overpowering like cheaper alternatives and gradually fades in intensity so that the smell isn't overpowering when you're out and about.

Chanel Pour Monsieur is the platinum standard for all men's cologne. If first picked Chanel Pour Homme (now long gone) up in a drug store when I was twenty-one and thought, well if Chanel was good enough for Marilyn Monroe then this might be just the ticket for me. In the age of patchouli, frangipani and tie-dye I really stood out in my Chanel and made a bold statement that at any time in history real style never succumbs to momentary trends.With the passing of Henri Robert's original classic i graduated to Pour Monsieur. I often try new and exciting scents but always, always come back to Chanel Pour Monsieur. Both men and women invariably comment in the positive when I wear it. It is never overpowering but draws people in. I'm only a husband who knows that I find the perfume a very pleasant scent! I also know that my wife adores the scent and has for more years than I really remember. If you're a husband or a man who just wants to offer your favorite female a new (old) scent and the chance to find her new favorite perfume I fully reccomend that you search perfume sites and find one that still has Remember Me in stock. The price has increased quite a bit over the years, but that is simply supply and demand. The perfume is no longer marketed, but is still available at numerous sites and at different prices. Counterfeit?

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SELLER!!!Just received my bottle of perfume, I was running low on the bottle of Laila I already have. First, the bottle looks very different than the one I have (which I bought at Nordstrom). The bottle spilled in shipping, so it was only about 2/3 full. Also, it smells like rubbing alcohol - this cannot be Laila perfume. It looks different, it smells different - and worst of all - I cannot return it because I now see that Amazon will not accept the return of "Hazardous materials". Interesting, as they had no problems shipping Hazardous materials.If I was going to pass off fake perfume, this is exactly how I would "sell" it. Nice scam. Wish I'd thought of that...I have been scammed out of $62.31. Please don't be scammed as I have been... Run the other way...

I'm REALLY picky about perfumes. This one continues to hold my attention. I absolutely HATE that "old lady" smell and the flower scents that are out there are just gross after about an hour. I'm really into Laila. I saw it at Disney World in Norway. If you happen to be there, buy it in their little shop. The price isn't much different on the internet. On the net you have to pay shipping, which'll cost you more. Anyway, I went all the way back to Norway to smell it again and put more on. Back at the hotel, I set my shirt in front of the A/C so the scent would blow around the room. I got quite a few compliments from my test sprays as I walked around the park. I loved it, and so did everyone else. Finally! A perfume I would actually LIKE to wear!! =D

To say that I am disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. I have hemmed and hawed for weeks over spending the money to buy this perfume, and finally decided to treat myself. Only to get it, open it and discover I had been sent a fake! Seriously! The little white label around the lid was falling off. The lid would barely even stay ON the bottle and the label was perfectly centered on the bottle, which, if you know anything about real Coco mademoiselle, it's not centered. Not only that but it smells WRETCHED! I sprayed a tiny tiny bit just to make sure, and my 4 year old covered her nose and said "mommy that stinks!" Which is a definite sign that it's fake for me because she is in love with the bottle of Coco Mademoiselle that I already have. I am expecting to get a full refund, including reimbursement for shipping back because I refuse to spend even ONE cent on this disgusting forgery. I should have known better! But shame on this seller for thinking the rest of us are idiots enough to not know a fake when we get it! SHAME ON YOU! The only reason I even give it one star is because I have to!

100% FAKE.The smell stays on max 10 minutes. After two times open/closethe lid dyed and lost its golden color. Completely unsatisfyed.Will sue the amazon.com when I come back from Europe. It was a gift and how embarassed Ishould feel now!
