Awesome Stand, MAKES the Powerblocks

I don't see how they sell the Powerblocks WITHOUT these stands. It's a very straight-forward assembly job, and the height of the stand is perfect. I can keep up with the quick changes needed in the P90X now, where before, with the Powerblocks on carpet, it was a real pain.

POWER BLOCKS ROCK

Of all the adjustable dumbells out there, POWERBLOCKS are the best. They are easy to use and adjust, but they should win an award for product design and function. You can have a set and stand in your living room, and they blend in well with anything. They are EXTREMELY well made and seem to be of the highest possible quality. Yes, they do run on the pricey side, but to my mind, they are worth the price of a year's gym membership, they will last you for life.

Great gift

I love this elephant. It is the 2nd one I have bought. I have also purchased the giraffe and panda as gifts. They have been the hit of every shower. I am always asked where I bought them. The generic directions show a horse, but the process of assembly applies to all styles and they are clear and easy to follow. It took me 5 minutes to assemble each one. Recipients have let me know how much the rockers have been enjoyed. I would definitely recommend these rockers. They are sturdy, safe, and beautifully constructed.

Safe for your 2-year-old

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my littlest nephew. It was easy to put together, and my nephew loved it (he loves elephants). The design of the rocking bottom keeps your child from over-rocking too far forward or back. I think it could have been a little longer so your child could enjoy a bit more excitement, but if safety is on the top of your list, this is a good toy to get. It's comfortable for them, the handles are easy to grasp (they're underneath the ears), and they can't rock like crazy but they CAN rock.

My 2 year old loves this!

I bought this rocking elephant for my now two and half year old for her second birthday. She loves this! It is so soft, and the pictures really don't do it justice. She hops on him at least once a day, and has a blast. I've never worried about her safety on this toy. It is very sturdy and durable. It won't rock to a point that you feel uneasy as a parent - it's range of motion is just right. She is very leggy and still I don't see her growing out of this for quite some time. I did lots and lots of research before buying one of these, and it was difficult to find one that had a decent weight limit. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Pricey, but probably worth it

I began my quest for a simple pounding peg bench, so that my grandson could relive the enjoyment I recall from one of my favorite childhood toys. To my disappointment, all I could find was relative junk . . . made of pressed wood/resin and even using rubber o-rings for resistance that actually provided almost none. Hammers that fell apart. Pegs that would fall all the way through with merely a tap of the finger (perhaps in the spirit of non-violence, we wouldn't want the child to actually have to HAMMER the pegs??). Not to mention the current concerns over leaded paint in toys.Fortunately, I located this Charlie's Workshop pounding peg toy. Expensive (about $80.00 w/ shipping), but seems to be a fair purchase. I received it by UPS Ground within a week of ordering. Old-world handcrafted quality. Non-toxic materials and sturdy enough to use as a wheel chock for a truck. The bench and pegs are almost twice the dimensions of the similar toy that used to be so commonly sold. Nice hardwood finish. Nicely resistance-fitted pegs that actually have to be hammered through the holes (which is the whole idea).As I said, pricey but a quality toy that can be handed down through generations.

Beautiful ring

I was skeptical by the sample picture on the item page, but after reading through reviews and hearing that it looks much different in person, I decided to go for it because I liked the design.When I received it, I was very surprised how white, shiny, and so beautiful it looks in person. I think that Amazon should update the item picture!I gave it to my girlfriend on Valentine's day, and she loves it and always wears it. Unfortunately, I made classic the mistake of buying the wrong size. But no matter.If anyone is thinking about getting this, go for it! And don't be fooled by the picture. It looks completely different in person.

Beautiful! I Absolutely Love It!

I bought this ring when it was on sale (I believe I paid $59.99); and what a deal it was! It has the vintage look, with the sparkle of diamonds. The diamonds are very tiny (which is to be expected for the price), but boy do they catch the light! They have great clarity as well. (Just so you know, the picture makes the gold look a little dark, and maybe even a bit colored- but I can assure you it's very much a pristine white.) It would be perfect as a promise ring, or even an engagement ring!..Even at its current price, you're still getting a bargain!

Great Value, pretty ring!

The picture makes it look like yellow gold, but it's really more silvery white in color, because it's white gold, and the tiny diamonds make it sparkle. The detailed designs make it look antique, too. I think it's a great value, because I purchased this at 30% off and free shipping back in February, and just received it now in April! It was worth the wait. I highly recommend this ring, but wait for a sale. The price did go up alot since February.
