Great gift

I love this elephant. It is the 2nd one I have bought. I have also purchased the giraffe and panda as gifts. They have been the hit of every shower. I am always asked where I bought them. The generic directions show a horse, but the process of assembly applies to all styles and they are clear and easy to follow. It took me 5 minutes to assemble each one. Recipients have let me know how much the rockers have been enjoyed. I would definitely recommend these rockers. They are sturdy, safe, and beautifully constructed.

Safe for your 2-year-old

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my littlest nephew. It was easy to put together, and my nephew loved it (he loves elephants). The design of the rocking bottom keeps your child from over-rocking too far forward or back. I think it could have been a little longer so your child could enjoy a bit more excitement, but if safety is on the top of your list, this is a good toy to get. It's comfortable for them, the handles are easy to grasp (they're underneath the ears), and they can't rock like crazy but they CAN rock.

I bought this rocking elephant for my now two and half year old for her second birthday. She loves this! It is so soft, and the pictures really don't do it justice. She hops on him at least once a day, and has a blast. I've never worried about her safety on this toy. It is very sturdy and durable. It won't rock to a point that you feel uneasy as a parent - it's range of motion is just right. She is very leggy and still I don't see her growing out of this for quite some time. I did lots and lots of research before buying one of these, and it was difficult to find one that had a decent weight limit. I could not be happier with this purchase.
