I purchase this screen for my church worship service. I wasn't sure how really big it was or how it was going to look. I was surprised when it arrived how really big it was. It's a huge screen. Setup was easy. It came with two remotes plus the wall control which I didn't even bother to install. The wireless remote works from about 75 or more feet away. What i love about it is that you can stop it whereever you chose when rolling up or down. The screen rolls down fine and rolls back up without any problems whatsoever. I have been using this for 1 year now and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Elite screen rocks. It looks perfect.

Since amazon (correctly) places these reviews on multiple variants of the same basic screen, let me specify: This review is for the Elite VMAX2 106" 16:9.Put simply:This screen sets a new high water mark for price/performance in my book. The surface is 1.1 gain white. The case is a nice "crinkle" black, and we made a custom mount to match it. The screen mechanics are smooth, quiet, and perfectly adjusted right out of the box. The screen includes RF remote, IR Remote, Hardwire "pigtail" cable, and a hardwire wall mount switch. The surface is almost perfectly flat, despite being a roll up screen.I did notice that the bracket on one end is ever so slightly higher than the other end. Maybe 1/16 of an inch. This will make no difference in almost all installations. In my case, I caught it before I custom drilled a mount that has to line up exactly along the length of the screen. Again, this will make no difference to most... just measure each screen if you are fitting to extremely tight tolerances.Since I bought this 106, I've also purchased an Elite 110" to go in a different spot. On that one, I had to adjust the "down" limit switch for my application. This turned out to be easy... Elite's documentation about limit switches is a tiny bit ambiguous as to whether or not it applies to VMAX2 screens. It does, and the adjustment is easy once you find a 5/32 hex of the correct length to fit in the tight confines of the left end of the screen case. Now that Elite has made these available via Amazon, I really wonder how long the $1000+ screens will survive. You have to really, really, really want a gray surface and/or side tension. I've had screens like that in the past, and I don't miss them at all, compared to this white, non-tensioned screen. In fact, I like the smooth edged look of the non-tension better!Overall, I'd highly recommend this series of screens for anywhere you need a powered wall mount screen.
