Excellent Straight Edge

I was somewhat concerned when I ordered this product that it would not work well on thin materials, but it handled 3/16" birch plywood easily. The adjustable part of the clamp took a little getting used to but was not a problem. It provided a secure and stable edge for cutting 4'x8' material. I recommend this product.

It's great and I've wanted one for a long time. I've already used it for cutting plywood for a counter project and even sheetrock for the room the counter occupies. Really is easy to use and very convenient.

I highly recomend the straight edge, even though both saw & router plates broke after the first use. The idea of locking onto the channel of the straight edge is fool proof. The plates are constructed of plastic screwed to plastic, & made very cheaply.
