One must use any product externally or internally for at least three months to discern a difference in one's body. People that use these products over a long period of time are nurturing their body in good health. These ingredients are not like taking an aspirin for pain where within 20 minutes you feel the difference, but they are powerful in keeping you in good health. I have taken them over a few years, and my health is outstanding beyond what other people's is for my age. Prior to taking Life Extension, I was taking some of what is in them for the last 25 years. Just between you and me I am 65.
