The Mask of Doctor Doom is cast from steel, and features an adjustable leather strap, and hood/cowl. The overall height of the helmet on the stand is approximately 14" tall and 10 ¬" wide and 9 «" deep. The full-size metal mask can be removed and worn. Limited production of 1,961 (the year of Doctor Doom's comic book debut).

Wonderful addition

I bought this mask for my boyfriend for Christmas. He's a HUGE Doom fan and I wanted something he would love. When this arrived, I was initially worried as the box was not pristine. I immediately opened it and very carefully inspected everything to make sure there was no damage. Thankfully, I was relieved to find nothing wrong. The only thing better was to see his face when he opened it. Now the mask sits on a bookshelf with some of our other comic book related items in the living room and is basically the first thing you see when you walk in the apartment.

5 stars all the way! Highly accurate, great details. Metal and leather make the mask. The velvet hood is perfect. This stands alone as an excellent collectors piece.

I may take over the world with this mask on. Seriously it is full on metal with leather straps. I can't believe how awesome this is for under 100 bucks!
