No "pail" just two plastic bags without instructions or product description, total weight delivered 22 lb. 5 oz. One bag broken in transit. This does not make a happy customer! P.S. The 22lb. 5 oz. included the cardboard box inside the outer box.P.S. This product works better than any other that I have tried. Amazon remedied my issues immediately. So, that being said, I'm changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars.Remember that there is no "pail" and to weigh the product upon delivery!
