STAY AWAY !!!! Company is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with.

To Whom it may concern:We ordered a 511 tactical shirt from Optics Planet. They continue to claim that they shipped two items--accidentally. Never took ownership of two items... yet I am being charged for and have now been sent to collections for the product (a shirt). After a long dispute process.... The management is unreachable, uncaring and dishonest.Customer service will tell you that billing/accounting/legal is not available for direct phone transfer. As per the representative (Jeff), customer service is the "VOICE of Optics Planet" and that there are no seniors or managers available. Jeff told me that management is in a different building and the phones do not connect within the company. I tried to reach someone in a position to rectify the situation but OP continued to waste my time. I was supposed to be transferred to "Scott" but was placed on a long hold and sent to voice mail.Here is the history: After long "Holds" and "dropped calls" I tried to figure out how to reach someone in a position that "cares" about customers. I was told that I would receive a call the from Kaitland in management the same day, as per Jemel. After no return call, and over the course of time, I was forced to call the line that deals with BULK sales to try to reach a human. I was finally transferred to Ryan. Ryan assured that he would follow up and take care of the issue.Make a long story short: Optics Planet has done nothing but harass me about their error. Here is the list of contacts from OP:JemelKaitlandJeffScottRyanI did make the foolish choice of ordering a $400+ Dollar back pack from Optics Planet after I thought that Ryan had resolved the internal issue. After receiving the back pack, the harassment continues to this day.Please choose your companies wisely. Service is first and foremost.Jay

This shirt more than met my expectations. The fabric is high quality, the design is very useful with lots of storage space. The shirt is obviously manufactured very well. I will be buying more of these in the future.
