First and foremost, you will almost always find your best prices thru amazon.com., trust me I have searched and still do. The deals that are to be found are usually limited sizing and/or styles. I usually always end up coming back to amazon. The timberland titan 6" boot in the soft toe and composite toe are unquestionably the most comfortable boots you can own if you are on your feet all day...my work days are no less than 10 hours. Despite taking good care of all my equipment, I usually never have boots longer than 6 to 8 months because of various and harsh environments/conditions that I place the boots in. I buy these boots because comfort is the most important thing for me, and there isn't anything I have found to match them. Please know they have other redeeming qualities such as waterproofing, etc. Timberlands 6" direct attach is also a very comfortable boot and would be a solid purchase also. Boots always delivered in timely manner.

I like this boot for the reason that it is well thought out.I really like the speed lacing which makes it quick and easy to take the boot on and off and you can really get them tight with little effort.They take a week to break in which I'm not use to because the last two pair of Timberland Pro boots were great out of the box but that's no biggie. They are (all day) comfortable but not cushy. I like cushy better which you get more on a hiking style construction boot.Even though this is a soft toe boot the toe is reinforced. It won't protect you from a 20lb object falling on your foot but it will keep a pipe wrench from hurting too much if it lands on your foot.I picked this waterproof style because the last Timberland's I owned weren't which I believe made them fall apart a lot quicker than other boots I have had. Plus I hate water seeping in if I'm out in the mud with them. The seem to be holding up just fine way better than the previous pair.Like I said they seem like a great all around work boot. I would buy these again without hesitation.

I have worn these Titan boots in this style for years, but this is the first pair with the waterproof membrane. They feel just as comfortable as the others.
