This is a very good Olympic Bar. As others have said, it's not flexible.Pros:------------+ Bar is true Olympic weight.+ The finish seems durable.+ The brass bearings inside let you roll the bar and weights stay fixed.+ The width is perfect for my XMark Olympic bench.Cons:------------- Price is a bit high compared to some other bars.- The packaging was rather poor, mine arrived with the box mostly torn off. Luckily the bar was still in good shape.- Not a con really, but the bar is inflexible.Conclusion:------------Overall this is a great bar and worth the price.
