Very Pleased

Over all I am very pleased with this bike. The ride is quiet and smooth. The handle bars are smooth enough that my hands don't hurt from the grip. Really, my only complaint would be the range in the resistance. It's has a muddy mid-range. The heavy resistance is great, and it comes off easily, there just isn't very much room in the middle ground.

Sturdy but noisy....

This bike is well made and heavy. It seems sturdy and looks good too. However, it does NOT ride quietly at all. The belt is on constant contact with the belt frame and it's very annoying as you can imagine. I've tried to contact the Best Fitness but I couldn't find their website or contact number.Also one more thing to consider is that the bike seems to be built with tall people in mind. I'm 5'6" and it's fine for me, but my wife (5'1") can't ride it comfortably at lowest notch. I guess the limit is somewhere around 5'4" or so.So I'm returning it and trying to find another one to replace it. Amazon has been great with the return process so far.

If you are looking for a solid, reliable gym quality bike then this is a good choice. Personally, I think that if you buy cheaper - you get cheaper.Advice 1) BE sure to call the courier CEVA and arrange your delivery time - its typical that they will not call you.Advice 2) Get some spinning DVDs to ride along with - they are great for motiviation and keeping any monotony from setting in
