serious looking and sounding guiro

Our percussionist had been using a metal guiro/shaker combo but he wanted a larger guiro with a handle.This one produces a bigger raspier sound and is good for large groups like ours.It also looks substantial.

This was purchased for my 3 year old son for the holidays to get him in the spirit. He loves it and while it is large, he can hold it because it's not too heavy!
