By DeathHasTalons
If you're standing or walking around on hard floors all day, these are by far the best shoes you can get, in my opinion. I work on my feet for around 6-8 hours, 5 days a week, and all on a hard floors. With several other pairs of shoes (and not cheap no-name brand ones either), at the 4-5 hour mark my feet were ready to leave for the day. Even with really nice Dr.Scholls insoles designed for people on their feet all day, just delayed the pain for about an hour or so. With these shoes, with or without the insoles, I always feel like I could stay even longer and my feet would be fine. I never have sore feet anymore on the job thanks to these. The only improvements I would want would be to add a little more protection at the toe and heel. These shoes do have plastic at the toe and heel, but after about 5-7 months, the plastic may bend easier or snap. I'm not expecting them to be like steel-toed boots, but a little more rigidness and durability would be great. I would also like the fabric at the toe and heel to be able to withstand wear a bit more than they do. After about 8 months the toe/heel area will become pretty worn down, but not to the point where there's holes in them. Neither of these problems are anything serious, and I would still recommend these for anyone who needs an awesome pair of shoes if you're on your feet all day at work.

If you spend a great deal of time on your feet; especially on concrete floors, this is a shoe that you should try. This is about my eighth pair of these shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable. I have worn these for years and have no desire to try another shoe for my line of work. I have read elsewhere that this is the number 1 pair of shoes for City Mail Carriers. That is quite high praise and well deserved.

I really like the fit/style and level of comfort/support these shoes provide. Only thing I don't like is the current price and durability of these shoes. First bought a pair direct from Amazon in early 08' for $69 which lasted about a year, shoes are still comfortable but scuff and crack very easily from the top end. Second pair I bought in late 09' which I paid $93 for are also starting to look bad from the top and I am debating on buying a third pair at the current price. Overall I really like the shoe and will buy them again, maybe I am just horrible at keeping shoes looking new :)
