"Received item in just a couple of days, Works great!!! You will need will power when using this product, but the urge of smoking a ciggarette is little to none (very faint) almost psychological urge versus the physical urge. The only time I thought about smoking was when I wasn't busy with the kids, cooking, or in the office working. My advice is to keep busy reading, hobbies... to keep your mind off of smoking."
