Item never shipped

This item was shipped, then stayed stagnant in another state, when I read the deivery notes it stated it "was left with a neighbor"...I inquired about this statement and was notified the item was out of stock :( A bit confusing, but I received a refund about one week later.Medline MDF Pulse Time Stethoscope - Royal Blue - Model MIF74010
