This masterpiece features a dramatic new paint variant of the BATMAN ACTION FIGURE from the "Hush" story arc designed by Jim Lee and sculpted by Tim Bruckner, plus a resin replica of the original sculpture created from Jim Lee's designs and an unpainted PVC pre-production "test-shot" used to approve production molds. In addition, all three figures will be numbered.
This deluxe signature series set will be packaged in a deluxe gold foil-stamped gift-display box with a double-panel lid. A signed replica of Jim Lee's original concept art, suitable for framing, is displayed on one of the inside cover panels. The opposite panel displays both a 4-color Certificate of Authenticity autographed by DC Direct premier sculptor Tim Bruckner and a mini-booklet that tells the story of how an action figure is made.

Exquisite set for die hard Batman and DC Direct fans

This is a limited edition set of three figures (no. to 1500) that showcased the evolution and process of a sculpt to the final retail figure. To make it easy on the eyes here are the pros and cons:Pros:- elegant box- copy of jim lee's sketch signed by him- cetificate of authenticity. Signed by tim bruckner- awesome original scult- black variant of the blue hush batman only available in this set- nicely padded by foams- almost no paint bleed- very limited- each comes with their own batman base- extremely cool when displayed as a whole setCons- case not sturdy enough- extremely space consuming- not worth full price of 250 USD- don't expect articulation above 10 basic partsOverall, only the most extreme of batman fans would buy this set, or your a big fan of jim lee's hush series. Don't pay anything more than 150 dollars. Btw the sets are each idividually numbered. I hope this review helped you decide on whether or not to spend your hard earned cash on this set.
