This is one of the best purchases I ever did for my business, I can depend on it %100, it does not jam on me, the ink stays forever, even though there is about 20 of us in the office, still it catches with everyone printing.All you need is paper, and feed it, it can print without stop, we really abuse this printer, we start around 8am until 7pm fix to six days a week, we just print.Of course the nice feature we have, the duplex which is built in, you can't see it, if you are one of these people who you care about the environment, you can print on both sides of the paper.I give this item 5 stars, I use to say only HP, this printer changed me to the other side : )
