I think it saved me phisio-therapy

I had Tendinitis in the shoulder, I went crazy in the gym, old injury came back and I ignored it, things got hairy.Very bad pain, I went to the family Dr., who prescribed physiotherapy.I ordered this suit, wore it for two weeks and I seem to be fine now.I was in really bad pain for over a month, and now I am almost fine (well I am not back to heavy presses but I can go to the gym again).Hence this product is recommended, for the price of one physio session. don't get me wrong, I have been in physiotherapy and no doubt it works, but in this case I did not have to go to physio and I am pretty darn sure it is due to the Termoskin.The product itself is quite comfortable to wear (RELATIVELY! this is not a satin night gown!) and I wore it during the day under a dress shirt.It will create visible a bump behind your neck when you sit, but other than that you look like you have been lifting and gained muscle :)Warning :do not even think about trying to sleep with it . it restrict movement and you will be extremely uncomfortable. I was cool driving with it (well I had to, I was in terrible pain trying to drive without it!) but again its up to your situation.I have HUGE arms so if I was cool then most people will be.- MAKE SURE TO MEASURE !!! measure your chest before ordering, the size is v e r y important. its a deal breaker. it will simply not work unless it fits, so make sure you take a tape and measure. don't have a tape ? go get one ! it MUST fit (too large and it wont hold the "Ligament Sleeve" down to avoid friction with the size and too small It will painfully suffocate you). not talking from experience with this specific one, but lets say I have had allot of sport injuries in the past and experienced similar products. plus common sense...- It really breaths. its some really high tech material (pours) and a soft cotton like liner inside.- Durable- Primary headache is washing. you wear it like a under shirt, directly on skin, and you cannot machine wash so you basically have to rinse it every day. it sucks. the good part is that since it breaths it doe not stink or get too sweaty (then agin I wore it during spring).Overall - worth a try. SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE TENDINITIS IN THE SHOULDER - this is a MUST, and the only product even claiming to treat tendinitis.

very good but sizing is an issue

i have a shoulder and nick syndrom, i baught this item for myself, very good, warms your muscles up, but i sizing is alittle smaller than U.S. sizes, so if you are large, buy extra large (which is not available), other than that, so far so good.
