The Powershred PS-70 is designed for the high performance, heavier duty needs of the home office. With its unique design, this shredder provides the perfect blend of size, power, and features for use in a home office. Reduces confidential documents in 7/32" strips at a speed of 11' per minute. Shreds up to 14 sheets per pass, 25 to 50 times per day, for a total daily capacity as high as 700 sheets per day. Unique Safety Lock prevents shredder from accidentally turning on. 9" front feed paper entry accepts standard letter-size or legal-size documents. Durable steel cutters accept credit cards, staples, small paper clips and CDs (CDs shred in a designated safety slot). Shredder shuts off and alerts operator when a jam occurs, 7-gallon pull-out wastebasket is ajar or shredder overheats.

A Work Horse!

Purchased this for my lady to use in her home office. She really puts the machine to heavy use, and has worked very well. We have had the machine for circa one year now, still works great,is used heavily, and am presently considering getting one for my home office.We do not try to shred credit cards, cds, etc---just paper but the little robot does excellent work....peace and love to all....
