A good bench

It is sturdy and light weight. At my house it generally stays in 1 place, but it is easy to fold and carry. You might need to purchase some foot pads for the front leg to avoid scratching your floor. Other than that, a good basic bench.

This thing is built tough and supports my body weight (170) while holding a ninety pound dumbbell in each hand with no signs of weakness.

If you're looking for a portable flat bench, this is it! Very well made, solid construction. With the legs down, the bench is very firm with no side to side movement. The pins keep the legs in place and there is no fear of collapse. The bench is easily folded for storage or portability. My only complaint is that the bench is a tad short for my 6'9" frame, but I have that problem with most things.
