Poor and inadequate response

I order this product and followed up with an email to ensure that my father (receiver of the gift) was going to receive spray cologne AND if the item was not a spray, to cancel the order as that is not what was desired. Having not received a response, I assumed (big mistake) that my follow up communication was read prior to sending. Either it was not read OR an undesired item was sent anyway.
