Best Fountain pen I have.

I bought this beautiful pen off Amazon.com. I have some other pens, some of which cost $100-350. Pelikan writes better than any of them. It's writing is very smooth and effortless. Excellent finishing and mehanisms. The only thing I was disappointed about is that this pen is about 0.5 inch shorter than a standard size pen. Not a significant problem but I wish it was little larger. Anyhow, this pen immediately catches peoples eyes and they comment me for this "fancy", "beautiful" and "classic" pen.It is a piece of German manufacturing excellence.

I bought a pelikan fountain pen in an airport years ago when I found myself pen-less on a trip. It was a little super-tanker, and I loved it. So when I lost it a month or two ago, I was desperate to replace it. I found this one. I love it every bit as much as it's predecessor. It's appealingly small (for a woman's hand), has tremendous capacity, and writes smoothly and freely. It has become my go-to pen for everything. Vendor was very prompt.

Despite this being one of the least expensive of the Pelikan pens, it functions beautifully, feels good in the hand and, while using the Pelikan brand ink, it flows perfectly.
