Fun but Fragile

I bought this toy for my 8 year old son. Overall, he had fun building it. He asked for help a couple of times. The spring on the forklift would not stay on and caused a lot of frustration for the both of us. Once built, the truck and forklift look solid but when my son plays with it "like a real toy truck" it falls apart. So, if your child enjoys building Legos, but not necessarily playing with the finished product, this toy is fine.

This is a nice kit. Actually inspires play after building instead of immediate disassembly. Got this one for a reasonable price.Beware of hoarders and gougers with hard to find Lego kits - do your homework before spending big bucks on Lego.
