Looks Great, Couple of Funnies

This set looks very handsome indeed in our new kitchen. The action is extremely smooth and the size is just right to match our deep sinks.Two negatives - a minor one first - there isn't a dishwasher relief to match. The bigger one, still not a really major thing, is that the sprayer hose is not weighted, and no weight kit is offered. As a result, using the sprayer and getting it back in place is much more a nuisance than this fine set deserves. The jumble of hoses and pipes under the sink tends to keep the sprayer hose from retracting as easily as it could if it were weighted. The kitchen installers asked the question - "Where's the weights?" when they opened the box.

Looks great and works great!

I got this facet installed a few weeks ago when I was replacing the countertop and kitchen sink. I always wanted something that sits somewhat high so that I can fill up pitchers and big pots without having to maneuver the facet too much. This facet is simply elegant, functional and very reasonably priced, especially with the Amazon's discount. The sprayer works fine too and the water pressure is satisfactory. I highly recommend it.

Installed this in 2004. The sprayer lost almost all pressure after about a year. Diverter is inside the faucet assembly. With 10" deep sinks this was more than I wanted to tackle myself and declined the quote of over 100 dollars from a plumber to fix it. Now the problem is a broken set screw holder in the handle. Just sits on top of the cartridge and wobbles. Just wrote Kohler for warranty replacement as the handle is $33.00 plus shipping. Cartridge leaked at about 5 years but figured the way my son's whack the handle up and down it was my fault and not kohlers. Easy and cheap to replace. I will let you know how the warranty replace went with Kohler. The water here in S Fla is brutle on the faucets. Had a Price Fister lavatory faucet handle start loosing its finish. One email to them and a new handle was in the mailbox in about 2 weeks with an apology letter that we had had a problem. Hope Kohler is as accomodating.08-24 Wow, Kohler has already responded to my request and is sending a replacement handle at no charge under the warranty. No hassles on providing invoices or any thing. Wonderful service. So despite a few problems with the faucet, Kohler stands behind their product 100%. Had I asked them for the cartridge they would have provided that at no charge. Just had a second email that the handle was in the mail. Now that is fast service. Buy Kohler, you can't go wrong and people will alway comment on the looks of the faucets.
