Best reciprocating saw I've used

I've had two comparable size reciprocating saws from a well-known department store, and this was my first Bosch. In comparison, this one is by far the best design and build of all of them. The "Lockjaw" blade change system works great. On my other two saws, the motor vents were poorly located and would allow debris to enter the motor which I would have to later blow out. I'm not a "professional" but am a heavy saw user. I discovered that just because that large store has always sold me good hand tools and car batteries doesn't mean that their power tools are great too. The top saws they sold me said "professional" on them, but they were nothing like this Bosch.

Just got this saw the other day & gotta say, it's a great, it even helped in the production of a crab cleaning table! Great features like the hanging hook to keep the saw out of the way between cuts & the power cord doesn't just swivel but it also seems a bit longer than most saws which is nice & of course it has the one handed blade changing that is really easy & you can insert the blade either way so flush cutting is possible so that's another nice feature. 12 amps is enough power for any job that I'll encounter as a do-it-yourselfer. I will give people reading this a heads up tho, I actually bought mine from Lowe's, saved about $20, it came in a hard plastic case that included 1 multi-purpose blade & 1 wood/metal blade. If you're looking for a sawzall, I don't think you'll go wrong if you go with this one.

Vibrator

The quick change blade mechanism is great as is the hook but this saw has a very high vibration. Not at all like my Milwaukee sawzalls. And, the saddest part, it's made in China. Come on Bosch, up your standards.
