Not your mom's mac & cheese, but will do in a pinch

The Triple Cheese is the best of the bunch of the Kraft Easy Mac's. It has more cheese flavor. I like to add 1/2 can of no-salt-added diced tomatoes to mine. It doesn't look like much food in the tub, but it is filling and fairly high in protein (7 grams).I keep these in my desk at work and grab one for an easy lunch if I don't feel like going out somewhere. I think it works best if you add the water to just below the line inside the cup.My only complaint is the high sodium content (28%) but most convenience foods are loaded with salt, so it's not much different from anything else I might choose for lunch.

Great for sending as a college care package

The price for these is a good buy when you compare to local warehouse(BJ"s)wholesale and add the USPS or UPS cost to ship.......amazon free shipping deal cant be beat. A good snack for the college student at a great price for the paying parent :)
