Very Nice Quality Leather Wallet

This is the second Bosca front pocket wallet I have purchased - the first one finally gave up after 15+ years of a lot of sweat, a few washings, falling into the Atlantic Ocean, and even being thrown into a pool. If I hadn't let it get wet over the years like I had, I probably wouldn't have had to purchase this one.As there is not much of a description of what you are getting in the wallet here on the Amazon website, the front side has a clear screen where you can put your driver's license, and the back has a leather-enclosed money clip firmly attached to it. When you open it up, you have three pouches for credit / health insurance / whatever cards on the left-hand side and on the right (behind the driver's license side as it may be on your left vs. right depending upon how you open or hold it) is a pull-back pouch you can put something in and, in my case, I put a few of my business cards. You also have a small pouch between the money clip and the credit card slots to put something.For this style of wallet, I chose the cognac as it is not too dark nor too light. The stitching and binding on the leather is top-notch, and you don't have to worry about it becoming loose several years down the road. This may sound strange, but if you bring the leather up to your nose and close your eyes, it makes you think you are in a custom saddle or bootmaker's shop.The size is about right for slipping it into the front pocket of a suit jacket or sport coat, and I have no problem putting it in one of my front pockets when wearing a pair of slacks: either way, due to its size you won't have a bulge in the front of your jacket or pants pocket.Overall, this is one quality billfold, hence the higher price. Pay the higher price and stick with quality, as you will not only be money ahead in the long run but you will be buying something really nice that holds up over time.

I had gone through a number of different front pocket wallets before deciding to spend a little more on this one in March 2008. The leather looks good and has held up well. The design is great and makes it the perfect wallet for my needs. I don't like the bulkiness of a regular wallet but still like to carry a little more than what most front pocket wallets will let you carry. With this wallet I can carry two photo id's behind the clear front panel. The three credit card slots work as intended, and there is no problem with cards accidentally slipping out. I can carry a several business cards as well as a number of reciepts. There is also a slot at the top where I carry several other cards. The money clip works great and easily allows for 10+ bills.Overall it is a little pricey but for me it has been money well spent.January 17, 2012 Addendum: My plastic cover has finally cracked and the wallet is showing some wear after almost 4 years. It still works fine otherwise,but I am ordering another one today. It is still the best front pocket wallet I have found anywhere.

Front Pocket Wallet

This is a beautiful leather front pocket wallet in a rich dark brown color. It is somewhat thicker, so if you like a thin front pocket wallet, this probably won't be your first choice.
