Fantastic watch for everyday use.

I bought this watch to replace my old Luminox Marine series watch. I was after everyday watch that can withstand the abuse of everyday life and can tell the time in complete darkness.The watch looks great, band is very secure and much more comfortable then my old Luminox. it has lower profile and it doesn't catch on things as much.It is also much lighter as it is made from titanium.Mb-microtec H3 illumination works very well, seems to be bit brighter then Luminox.I love the looks, few people commented how elegant it is.It is everything I hoped for and was delivered quickly to Australia.Highly recommended.

Arrived DOA

I was very excited to order this watch. When I received it, I noticed that it was losing approximately two hours of time per day. The titanium was scratched and, surprisingly, there were nicks in the sapphire crystal. I was very surprised to notice this. I exchanged it for the Traser Classic Chrono Titanium.While I had the watch (about two days) I also noticed the following:(1) The bezel was extremely hard to rotate(2) The watch face was a little small for my tastesOn the plus side though, the watch was very light and comfortable to wear, and the trasers were extremely bright.Hopefully I just got a 1-in-a-million bad watch that slipped through quality control... your mileage may vary.

I recently drove 2 hours to the nearest retailer who sold Traser watches (Richmond, VA) so I could take a look at the Commander 100 and the Classic Basic White. After seeing them both in person there was no way I could leave without purchasing both. My god are they beautiful watches.The Commander 100's all-titanium case and band is the perfect color for someone who wants a dressy watch that's darker than the typical stainless steel watch. On the Traser website this watch appears to have almost a beige tint to it, but I was relieved to see that it matches its photo on Amazon. Unlike other tritium watches, Traser is owned by the inventors of tritium, so you know you're not getting anything but the best tritium tube in your new watch (I've seen other watches, like Luminox, and I was not impressed). The tritium in these watches its brighter than the others I've seen, and once your eyes have adjusted to a darker environment the tubes are very visible, even when not in complete darkness. I also love the screw-down crown. Creates a water-tight seal and you never have to worry about accidentally pulling out the crown or even catching it on something because of the protection provided by the watch's titanium case on either side of the crown.I could not be any happier with my purchase and cannot imagine anyone feeling any different. Definitely one of the best looking watches in Traser's line-up, if not their finest. Absolutely worth the money.
