fast ,reliable, and great quality

The product was shipped to me and I received it less then a week from when I placed my order. It arrived in great condition and was well packaged. It has worked wonderful in my SUV and had I purchased the part from the manufacture, I'm told it would have cost me over $4,000 because I could not just get the arm the way amazon sells it. The manufacture of my SUV stated I would have had to purchase other parts as the manufacture does not sell just the arm. Im very happy as my SUV was now able to pass inspection.
